On the 25th of April the ANZAC soldiers landed in the wrong spot, there was  chaos and confusion. The place they landed was called ANZAC Cove. Up in the hills there were the turks that were shooting the soldiers. Thousands died.The water was red from all their blood.

im sorry to say but you will be going to ww1 can you go to the war house on 17 of September 1918 you will get a pistol , rifle bayonet , 1 gas mask 15 hand grenade also not just your weapons but your uniform  the colour of your uniform is a khaki green  don't think it will stay clean because it will not stay clean ticks  will live in there also when you will get there it will be very hot but just roll your pants up and tees because in winter it gets cold . You don't need to bring a drink bottle because we give you one it comes with your uniform. you will need to bring a pillow and beading maybe a watch but it will probably get destroyed in war . you will train for a year   That's all I need to tell you can send me a letter if you have any thing to ask my address is mangonui school

ANZAC BISCUITS STEP BY STEP

                                                                                                                                                             Ingredients  
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1 3/4 cups of rolled oats 
1 1/2 cup raw sugar                   
1/4 cups of soft brown sugar 
125g butter 
1/4 cups of golden syrup
1/4 cups of water
1 tbsp bicarbonate of soda 

Method 
 1.mix all the dry ingredients in one blow 
2.mix all the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients 
3.roll the mixture into balls and put on a oven tray 4. bake 15'oc conventional 16-20 minutes .

The Marvelous Kiwi

Kiwi are a taonga to maori they are in all New Zealand's culture also they are New Zealand's nation symbol. We evan call each other kiwis.

Appearance

There are five types of kiwis Brown kiwi , Great spotted          

kiwi , Little spotted kiwi , Rowi, Tokoeka. Kiwi are flyest but they do have little wings they are flyest because of there stabby little wings . They have feathers that look like hair .female have a low pitched call , and male have a high pitched call. There beeck is a third of their body . kiwi are the size of a chicken .

DIET

kiwi favorite foods are bracket

Some unusual foods but one of the fungi , frogs crayfish. Also they like maggots EWW . Also a why you can check if a kiwi has been at your house is you can get a stick and poke it in the hole if it is straight and long you have got a kiwi at your house .

HABITAT

They live in a barrow there barrow are usually  next to a river or a lake and wet places , it is most likely that they will not live in a place  where there are not heaps of leaves . They love to live in subtropical and temperate rainforests . thats where kiwi love to live .

All the predators are atrocious like , weasel,ferrets,pigs,Rats,stoats,Dogs,

Possums,and cats. Did you know an average of 27 kiwi are killed a every week by predators. Also their legs are very strong so they use their legs to fight .
