ANZAC BISCUITS STEP BY STEP

                                                                                                                                                             Ingredients  
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1 3/4 cups of rolled oats 
1 1/2 cup raw sugar                   
1/4 cups of soft brown sugar 
125g butter 
1/4 cups of golden syrup
1/4 cups of water
1 tbsp bicarbonate of soda 

Method 
 1.mix all the dry ingredients in one blow 
2.mix all the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients 
3.roll the mixture into balls and put on a oven tray 4. bake 15'oc conventional 16-20 minutes .

1x blows 
spoon
